A friend of mine in Toledo is a builder of wooden boats. Old tools – old school. I challenged him to make one of these so we could terrorize the great lakes. He hasn’t said no yet….
Exposure
The “kids” just returned from their big climbing trip in Mexico. On one of the days a 15 pitch ascent was involved. That’s over 1500 feet for those not in the know. This picture is not of them – I stole it from another web site; I think Daily Timewaster (ht). We are all glad they are home safe and back to their routine (read safe) lives.

Okay, if true, this is funny as hell. Reminds me of my youngest sons’ girlfriend – if you can keep up with her on the trail – I’ll make you a damn “sammich”.
